- It's not hard to get confused with all the different kinds of labeling that food products have. In Deliciously Organic's article The Unprocessed Kitchen: Step 2- Understanding Labels, she gives a quick but thorough description of different terms you may read on food you purchase. Are you aware of the meanings?
- 10 newborn babies were found to have more than 200 synthetic chemicals in their blood. Currently there are about 80,000 chemicals on the market and unfortunately most of them have not been independently studied for safety. Breaks my heart.
